Digital Rights, Digital Citizenship and Digital Literacy: What’s the Difference?

Using digital media is complicated. Invasions of privacy, increasing dataveillance, digital-by-default commercial and civic transactions the erosion democratic sphere are just some complex issues in modern societies.
